The Celto - Egyptian Dark Of The
Moon Ritual
This Ritual is to be used for
banishing negative influences from our current lifestyle and to protect ourselves from such influences in the future.
PREPARATION
You will need the following supplies for this Ritual:
Two black candles
The Cauldron of Creativity
Paper or parchment
Pen or Quill
RITUAL
The High Priestess places the Cauldron of Creativity
in the center of The Altar and the pen and paper beside it.
The High Priest casts the Magick Circle moving
from the Western Trilithon Gate of The Element of Water, at The Altar; to the Southern Trilithon Gate of the Element
of Fire to the Eastern Trilithon Gate of the Element of Air to the Northern Trilithon Gate of The Element of Earth
and back to the Western Trilithon Gate at The Altar.
The High Priestess lights the black candles at
The Altar and says:
"The Moon is Dark. The Great Goddess
hides Her Face from mortal man. Only The Wise Ones know The Secrets of The Dark Mother.
Great Goddess, let us feel Your Presence and Your
Power!!!!
We need Your Wisdom of releasing and removing.
If punishment be needed by those who work against us, we leave it within Your Hands!!!!"
The High Priest moves to the Southern
Trilithon Gate and says:
"Remove all negatives from our thoughts and minds,
O Spirits of The Element of Fire. Let them bear no fruit within our lives!!!"
The High Priestess then moves to the Eastern Trilithon
Gate and says:
"Remove all negatives from our bodies, O Spirits
of the Element of Air. Let them bear no fruit in our lives!!!!"
The High Priest moves to The Northern Trilithon
Gate and says:
"Remove all negatives from our emotions, O Spirits
of The Element of Earth. Let them bear no fruit in our lives!!!!"
The High Priestess moves back to The Alter at the
Eastern Trilithon Gate and says:
"Remove all negatives from our Spiritual Lives,
O Spirits of The Element of Water, Let them bear no fruit in our lives!!!!"
The High Priest and High Priestess stand before
The Altar and say:
"We accept no negative thought, words or deeds
from others. They are destroyed by The Power of The Dark Mother.
If these negatives come from within ourselves,
turn them into lessons of good.
Help us to become balanced, a true daughter/son
of Enlightenment and Wisdom!!!!!"
Facing The Altar, The High Priest and High
Priestess now write down on the paper, negative things that they wish to remove from their lives ( i.e. negative thoughts,
bad habits, negative influences ). They then read each of them aloud to the Great Goddes, releasing them to Her.
The High Priest and High Priestess each light their papers from one of the black candles and drop them into the cauldron watching
them as they burn and saying:
"We release these unto Your keeping. Show
us how to move beyond these negatives and into a position of Light and Power!!!!"
Letting the papers burn down to ashes, The High
Priest and High Priestess stand before The Altar, arms upraised in honor of the Ancient and Shining Ones and say:
"Great Goddess, Dark Mother, Wise Crone, instruct
us in Your Deeper Mysteries, O Ancient and Shining Ones. Guide and Protect us O Goddess of The Dark of The Moon!!!!"
The High Priest and High Priestess stand before
The Altar in meditation of what insights they have received from The Dark Goddess.
Then, if necessary; spell working may be done.
Following the Rite of Cakes and Ale. Release
the Circle and take the ashes outside the circle and bury them in the dark of night.
